ORDERING
Please feel free to browse and place orders on our site. We use cookies to track your cart and your items in your cart. Secure cart is provided for the customers to place their order and the payment information is transmitted in the secure environment. The customer has a choice of paying with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. The customer also may choose to pay with a check in which case the item will not be shipped until the check is received and clears our bank. It may take anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks. Please do not send cash!
Phone orders are welcomed and will be processed in-house. We do charge local sales tax on all orders originating from Pennsylvania.
For your security, customers billing name, address and phone number must match their credit card monthly billing statement. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.
We do not accept any other form of payment other then specified above.
The email confirming the order will be sent to the customer upon successful transaction. We collect your email address for the sole purpose of contacting you about the order. We do not share our email lists with third parties for marketing purposes. Sometimes we do send our customers promotional email featuring our products or services. You may wish to opt-out from receiving such messages.
Customers may find order status by logging into their account.
SHIPPING
The items in stock will ship same day upon approval from your credit card company if the order is placed before 2 pm Eastern Time with the exception of if the item requires alteration (per customer request) such as sizing of rings or custom made pieces.
The items out of stock will be shipped to you with in 2 weeks (usually sooner).
Special order items require more processing time and could take as long as 6 to 8 weeks. We will do our best to make sure that you would receive your special item as soon as possible.
For shipping to US addresses we use United Parcel Service (UPS) or Unites States Postal Service per customer request. Please note that UPS does not ship to APO/FPO Addresses and PO Boxes. Every item is shipped insured for the amount it was purchased.
Upon shipping of your order you will be provided with the tracking number which you can use to track package according to the terms of shipping company.
RETURNS
We are dedicated to provide the customer with the best product and service. In case the customer is not satisfied with the product for any reason, we will accept a return for in-house credit or exchange the product if it is in sellable condition. We do, however, charge a restocking fee of 10%. The returns must be made within 30 days.
All returns must be approved by our customer service department and must carry Return Authorization Number (RMA) visible on the package. All returns received without RMA number will be refused at delivery by our service center.
